If you use the contact form, I receive the name, email address, phone number, contact preferences and message you send. Please do not put medical details in the message. I collect only what you send.

I use your message to reply to you and to arrange a first session. I do not sell your information.

Records and confidentiality

I keep your records private and share them only as the law allows. What you tell me is confidential, with limits the law sets, such as a risk of serious harm to you or someone else, or a report the law requires. I explain these limits at your first session.

Reaching you safely

If you share a device or a phone with someone, a message from me may be seen by them. Tell me how it is safe to reach you.

Your choices

You can ask what I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete messages that are not part of a clinical record, by writing to the email address on the contact page.
